Reservation terms

A reservation is a fully refundable place in line for a product in development. It is not a purchase, and no ship date is promised or implied.
Reservation amounts: $200 for the flagship board; $25 for STRATA, the Districts starter, and 46556·500. Prices shown for each offer are the intended full prices; the balance is due only if the offer proceeds, only when its batch locks, and only after we ask and you confirm.
Reservations remain open for a designated 14-day window upon official launch. Within 48 hours of close, unique-buyer counts are published in the open and production decisions announced per the registered arbitration rules.
You may cancel for a full refund at any time before your batch locks, by replying to any reservation email. If an offer does not go ahead, its reservations refund automatically within 30 days of the decision.
If an offer converts to orders, a delivery timeframe will be stated at conversion, before any balance is taken.
Reservation payments are processed securely through Stripe. If you cancel or an offer does not proceed, 100% of your deposit refunds in full — no processing fees or administrative deductions are retained.
